Venues
Old Crescent RFC
Old Crescent RFC has hosted the Pig-n-Porter since its inception in 2001 and is also host to Tag Leagues throughout the year. The club has 11 pitches for teams to play on for group games, knock-out stages, and finals.
Bar, food, shower, and toilet facilities will be provided as we aim to make your day as enjoyable as possible. Stay for the full day & night as the party will get started in the marquee from the early afternoon hours!

All of our 7-a-side Social Competitions are run with teams of 14 players. There must be a minimum 3 female players on the pitch at any given time.
Entry to the Club is by ticket only, so please ensure your Captain has liaised with festival organisers prior to attending – this will be covered in your Welcome Briefing.
Parking
Old Crescent RFC offers parking on site for the Pig n Porter Tag Rugby Festival
As part of the event’s Green Initiative, to reduce traffic and to accommodate all teams in the one location, a pre-purchased parking ticket will be required to park a car on site. There is a limited supply of tickets/parking spaces so please purchase early.
€5 for people carpooling, €10 for single occupancy vehicles, and €10 for tickets purchased on the day of the event. To Purchase, Click Here!
Food & Drink
A large marque hosts the live music and DJ on the Saturday night.
Entertainment
The weekend starts on Friday 12th with the launch party. Venue(s) and times will be confirmed soon so stay tuned.
Pre-registration also takes place at the launch party venue(s).
Saturday evening sees the after party taking place in the marque in Old Crescent with live music from 7.30pm to keep the party going late into the night.
